Big Sagebrush Threads – Return & Refund Policy

All items are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

We replace items only if:

  • They arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To request a replacement, email us at bigsagebrushthreads@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Incorrect Addresses / Unclaimed Packages:
If an order is returned due to an invalid address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost Packages:
Verified lost packages will be replaced. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not eligible for free replacement.
